Due to COVID-19 restrictions the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, which came into force in July 2020, included temporary relaxations to enable companies to hold AGMs and other meetings by electronic means even if there were no provisions in a Company’s Articles of Association for meetings to be held virtually.

The Board of Directors therefore decided to hold the 2020 AGM via the Zoom platform.

Members were able to access the meeting through their web browser, or by downloading the Zoom application to their computer, tablet or smart phone. The meeting, which was well attended, was held on Thursday 12th November 2020.

The 2021 AGM is scheduled to take place in Coventry on 11^th November 2021. Full details will follow in due course.
