Executive Committee

 
  1. Manage the Institute’s day to day operations, financial management, human resources, accommodation and equipment.
  2. Make recommendations to the Board on issues arising in connection with tourist guiding.
  3. Consider and make recommendations to the Board on proposals from the Treasurer for annual fees, charges and budget.
  4. Monitor and ensure that the Institute’s administrative and financial processes comply with regulatory requirements and current legislation.
  5. Prepare in June of each year a business plan for submission to the Board.
